Evaluation Process For Project G.E.M.

1. Project G.E.M. evaluates the program success rate through a series of specific evaluation questionnaires
2. Evaluations are available upon request for review.
3. Evaluations helps us receive future funding to continue our outreach program services for at-risk facilities in the community. 

 Evaluations are Completed by:

• Community volunteers and college service learning students
• Faculty staff where services are provided
• Team leaders offering the classes
• Speakers and presenters

Evaluations Include Outcome Measurements for:

• Overall program activities and youth attending the classes
  
• Success stories
• Changes needed
• Improvements for the future
